About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead customer site and workflow assessments.
Facilitate the design and deployment phases of BD medication management solutions.
Provide team support and product, clinical, and technical expertise.
Manage customer stakeholder teams, build consensus, and ensure clear, consistent communications.
Facilitate conference calls and customer meetings with project managers and BD and customer teams.
Build trusted relationships with customers.
Resolve issues, troubleshoot, and provide guidance on systems and best practices.
Install, validate, and train end users on BD technologies, including software and hardware.
Maintain documentation related to customer projects, expenses, compliance, and reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a relevant field (business administration, science, health sciences, or a related field).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a medical device or healthcare environment, with both clinical and technical responsibilities.
Hands-on experience with Pyxis MedStation ES automated medication dispensing systems.
Licensed pharmacist (RPh), Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) in Canada, or equivalent qualification.
Fluency in French and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Strong communication, consulting, and learning skills.
Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver complex projects.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with flexibility and adaptability.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and OneNote) and CRM tools.
Ability to physically lift at least 40 lbs. as required.
Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no major violations for at least 3 years.
Must be able to travel to the United States for training within the first six months of employment and periodically thereafter.
