About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support BD strategic direction and solution deployment and service teams
Oversee multiple concurrent BD implementation and services project teams at strategic and complex customers
Provide oversight of critical issue resolution for installed MMS solutions
Act as central point of contact for strategic and critical challenges
Lead internal and customer program leadership and operational meetings
Lead Customer Value Reviews and conduct program progress report-outs
Analyze work effort and resource requirements across multiple projects
Own customer issue resolution with BD SMEs and key stakeholders
Organize and execute BD and customer Field Action communications
Scale communication and escalation procedures with BD and customer stakeholders
Develop and execute mitigation plans for program risks and issues
Develop and report program performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders
Cultivate relationships with BD and customer stakeholders as a trusted advisor
Partner with sales on opportunity curation
Drive customer satisfaction measured by OSAT and NPS
Maintain industry and product knowledge
Partner with Product Platform and Implementation Readiness teams on customer enhancement priorities
Deliver deployment and upgrade roadmaps
Support customer ease of doing business

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
MBA preferred
PMP certification preferred
At least 5 years of experience with health care, software and/or device implementation/deployment
Excellent organizational skills with flexibility to lead and adapt to change
Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple customers, remain detail oriented, and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in CRM/Business System software and other relevant tools
Valid driver's license and compliance with BD's auto safety standards
Upon hire, provide proof of and maintain current immunizations, including Hepatitis B, current-year Influenza, MMR, Varicella, annual TB/PPD, and Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis
Employment contingent upon sufficient proof of being or becoming fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Must live near a major airport anywhere in the U.S.
