About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support education, product evaluations, conversions, implementations, and post-implementation education and optimization across the MDS portfolio
- Provide targeted bedside education and facilitate best practice adoption
- Deliver consistent clinical support aligned to customer needs and business priorities
- Provide neonatal clinical expertise to Medical Affairs, Marketing, and New Product Development
- Lead end-to-end customer-facing engagements from pre-sale through post-conversion
- Deliver in-servicing, clinical education, and training to drive product adoption and retention
- Provide ongoing clinical support, follow-up, troubleshooting, and consultation
- Develop working relationships with end-users while providing product in-servicing and clinical education
- Partner with Marketing on portfolio strategy, customer segmentation, positioning, and launch planning
- Collaborate with Clinical and Regional Business Managers to optimize scheduling and activities
- Provide activity updates to the Clinical Manager on regional training and support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree level qualification; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Neonatal clinical expertise
- Ability to deliver clinical education and product training in virtual and in-person settings
- Ability to provide bedside and unit-based support within facility requirements, professional scope, approved product labeling, and company policy
- Ability to travel significantly, including overnight travel
- Ability to support customer engagements, internal training, clinical programs, and cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to collaborate with Sales, Clinical Managers, Regional Business Managers, strategic account teams, Marketing, and Clinical Leadership
- Ability to manage Travel & Expense responsibilities and administrative deliverables
