About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support PRS customers in the assigned region through high-touch remote service and proactive onsite engagement where needed
- Resolve customer inquiries related to ordering, pricing, billing, and product education
- Facilitate urgent order fulfillment, product returns, and account setup
- Provide guidance on product selection, sizing, and on-label usage
- Escalate customer issues and advocate for resolutions through internal channels
- Lead implementation of the new eCommerce platform, customer onboarding, and online ordering adoption
- Distribute product literature, collateral, and educational materials
- Support regional trade show engagement, lead capture, follow-up, and post-event conversion
- Communicate product updates, inventory changes, and ordering efficiencies with Marketing teams
- Collaborate with Area Business Managers to prioritize sales activities and customer engagement
- Support product demonstrations, in-servicing, and office staff training
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Maintain and grow the sales pipeline and document activities in Salesforce.com
- Conduct live and virtual meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Maintain accurate account records and use CRM tools to track performance and insights
- Support monthly regional cadencing and quarterly business reviews
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree desired
- 2+ years of sales or medical device experience
- Experience in high-touch customer service or premium account management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to present data-driven insights
- Willingness to relocate for future career advancement into field sales roles
- Must meet credentialing and compliance requirements for hospital access
- Ability to travel a minimum of 25%, including overnight stays
