About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner closely with the Area Business Manager and internal stakeholders to serve and advocate for PRS customers
  • Own the PRS customer experience through remote and onsite account management
  • Manage assigned PRS customer accounts in the US region
  • Interface with accounts via telephone, email, text/phone, and in person as needed
  • Route account inquiries to appropriate internal partners
  • Orient existing customers and new accounts on product ordering and payment processes
  • Establish new accounts and pricing contracts with internal partners
  • Resolve pricing discrepancies and establish or renew pricing contracts
  • Facilitate urgent or last-minute order fulfillment through trunk stock
  • Coordinate product returns and customer refunds or credits
  • Serve as product expert and respond to product inquiries
  • Advise accounts on product sizing and storage requirements
  • Follow up on trade show leads and proactively reach out to new accounts
  • Fulfill product literature requests and distribute collateral and content
  • Connect billing issues with accounts receivable counterparts
  • Escalate customer issues for PRS leadership decisions
  • Use analytical tools to provide customer insights and track and plan performance
  • Participate in continuing education and compliance activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years corporate environment experience required
  • High integrity and ethics
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and creative skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships across company functional areas
  • Self-starter with ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to travel up to 40% domestically in the US, including overnight travel
