  • Proven experience in the hospital market and operating-room environment is essential.
  • Recognized leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to improve collective performance.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Strong customer orientation and the ability to build lasting partnerships.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Extensive nationwide travel required.
