Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ph.D. graduate, or anticipated defense within 1 year of application date, with technical depth in engineering, technology, or science fields
  • Early-stage career with no more than 3 combined years of STEM industry or academic experience outside the pursuit of a degree, before or after PhD completion
  • Significant leadership experience in technical, academic, organizational, and personal focus areas
  • Proven academic and research distinction
  • Experience in or interest in the medical technology or healthcare industries
  • Willingness and ability to relocate to two different geographic locations for at least two out of the three assignments
  • Position is designated as In-office; associates are expected to be on-site
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; BD cannot sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship
