About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the global marketing strategy for the Women’s Health portfolio, including HPV, Cytology, and Digital Cytology
- Develop and drive global commercialization plans, product launch strategies, and market activation initiatives
- Partner with regional and local teams to translate global strategy into market-relevant execution
- Generate market, customer, and competitive insight to inform portfolio strategy, segmentation, messaging, and investment priorities
- Develop positioning and value propositions for customers, clinicians, laboratories, and health systems
- Engage key opinion leaders, customers, and internal stakeholders to validate market understanding and identify growth opportunities
- Shape and support integrated marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives
- Develop sales enablement tools, content, and training resources
- Monitor marketing program and commercialization performance and optimize execution and return on investment
- Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Regulatory, Medical and Scientific Affairs, Regional Marketing, and Commercial teams
- Support lifecycle management and strategic planning for the Women’s Health portfolio
- Serve as a strategic marketing leader connecting portfolio strategy, market development, and commercial execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or a related field required
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Significant experience in global marketing, product marketing, product management, or related commercial leadership roles within diagnostics, medical devices, life sciences, or highly technical healthcare markets
- Demonstrated success developing global marketing strategies, leading launches, and driving adoption in complex, regulated environments
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capability
- Ability to translate market dynamics, customer insight, and performance data into actionable business decisions
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to engage technical, commercial, and executive audiences
- Proven ability to work across regions, cultures, and cross-functional teams in a global matrixed organization
- Experience in women’s health, cervical cancer screening, HPV, cytology, digital pathology, or adjacent diagnostic categories strongly preferred
- Experience supporting global portfolio strategy and commercialization in regulated healthcare markets preferred
- Domestic and international travel up to 30%
