About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development and execution of annual marketing plans for the US IDAST portfolio
  • Drive market adoption and commercial success of the IDAST portfolio
  • Support pricing and commercial strategies that drive adoption, profitability, and growth
  • Develop value propositions, messaging, and positioning for laboratory and healthcare customers
  • Monitor local market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities
  • Partner with Sales Operations and commercial leadership to prioritize target accounts and increase portfolio adoption
  • Participate in customer visits, industry conferences, and professional meetings
  • Provide marketing support for key accounts, regional activities, and national initiatives
  • Execute product launch campaigns, educational programs, webinars, and promotional activities
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and communications teams on content and campaigns
  • Track marketing performance metrics and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Operations, Customer Service, and Commercial Training teams
  • Adapt global sales enablement tools and customer-facing materials for the U.S. market
  • Develop and deliver product training for commercial field teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Microbiology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, product management, sales, or commercial roles within life sciences, diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare
  • Experience developing value propositions, messaging, and positioning
  • Experience engaging directly with customers through customer visits, industry conferences, and professional meetings
  • Experience supporting the development and execution of pricing and commercial strategies
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and supporting commercial initiatives
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Must reside in the United States
  • Able to travel approximately 30%
  • Preferred: experience in microbiology, infectious diseases, tuberculosis diagnostics, or laboratory medicine
  • Preferred: knowledge of diagnostic laboratories, public health institutions, and healthcare systems
  • Preferred: experience supporting product launches within healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences
  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field listed as preferred
  • IDAST knowledge listed as desired
