About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and continuously improve training, capability, and performance support solutions
- Partner with Process Owners, SMEs, and leadership to identify capability needs and design learning strategies
- Design learning, qualification, certification, and performance support solutions that improve QMS execution and business performance
- Lead solution deployments, including rollout approach, trainer readiness, workshops, and ongoing monitoring
- Provide expert guidance on learning and performance methodologies
- Serve as capability lead for assigned Quality programs
- Partner with Process Owners to drive implementation, sustainment, and continuous improvement
- Establish and maintain trainer networks supporting workforce readiness and adoption
- Monitor program effectiveness and performance trends using data and stakeholder feedback
- Own or support Central Quality training processes and ensure governance and continuous improvement
- Ensure training and qualification activities are compliant, inspection-ready, and properly documented
- Leverage learning technologies, analytics, and approved AI-enabled tools to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and learner experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum BS Degree in Engineering or Science related field required
- Eight (8+) years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries
- Knowledge of Quality Systems, training, capability development or related disciplines
- Experience designing and implementing learning solutions, qualification programs, workflow learning, performance support tools, or capability-building initiatives
- Experience with digital Learning applications including AI enabled tools
- Strong facilitation, consultation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Advanced degree or certification in Learning & Development, Learning Experience Design, Organizational Development or equivalent discipline preferred
- Experience supporting global or multi-site programs preferred
- Experience with audits, inspections, or compliance improvement initiatives preferred
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of capability development, learning design, and performance support
- Knowledge of performance architecture and effectiveness measurement
- Knowledge of analytics, problem solving, and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of change management
