About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure all designed solutions meet customers’ desired outcomes
- Lead workflow discussions and optimization for BD medication management solutions
- Apply Lean, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Lead consultative interactions, workshops, and projects supporting long-term customer partnerships
- Create solution designs and technical offers, including solution drawings
- Review, analyze, and create technical documentation for public tenders
- Integrate database information with visualization tools
- Develop automated tools to simplify data capture and analysis
- Support implementation projects to ensure customer success
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Clinical colleagues
- Develop deep, trusted relationships within hospital environments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Pharmacy/pharmacy IT, nurse or Clinical Engineer
- Strong background in hospital workflows
- Experience in consulting roles, transformational projects, customer success and/or solution management is desirable
- Excellent customer interaction skills
- Experience contributing to closing large deals and managing complex opportunities is desirable
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Experience with Salesforce
- English and Italian proficiency
- Preferably located in Rome/Lazio or Naples/Campania
- Ability to travel over 50%
