  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline sufficient to achieve objectives
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand clinical, operational and commercial challenges
  • Present tailored solutions using consultative and value-based selling techniques
  • Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, forecasting and activity information in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to overcome barriers and accelerate customer adoption
  • Deliver against weekly, monthly and quarterly sales priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven record of success in field-based sales to the NHS, including winning new business
  • Experience building, managing and converting a sales pipeline
  • Confidence influencing multiple stakeholders within complex organisations
  • Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and account-planning skills
  • Excellent territory management, organisation and execution
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities and forecasting
  • Previous experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or another complex B2B sales environment
  • Experience within Urology, Continence or Infection Prevention advantageous
  • Experience selling solutions rather than standalone products preferred
  • Knowledge of NHS or ICB purchasing environments preferred
  • Degree-level qualification preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% within the territory
