About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as an HR Mission Manager within the HR function, supporting an internal scope of 165 employees across 10 locations in France, with close operational support for 9 partners
  • Manage the entire onboarding and offboarding process from start to finish
  • Oversee HR administration, including contracts, amendments, certificates, occupational health examinations, and probationary periods
  • Manage the legal formalities for foreign employees in compliance with applicable regulations
  • Enter new hires into the HRIS in coordination with the recruitment team
  • Lead HR integration meetings
  • Collect, consolidate, and submit payroll variables within the required deadlines
  • Work with the payroll team to ensure the accuracy and compliance of payslips
  • Manage final payroll settlements in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure the reliability of payroll and personnel administration processes, particularly those relating to absences and leave
  • Respond to employees’ HR queries based on employment legislation and internal procedures
  • Maintain continuous monitoring of HR legislation and regulations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices
  • Update and consolidate HR data in dashboards
  • Report on activities and proactively raise alerts in sensitive situations
  • Research, analyze, and summarize HR data to support decision-making
  • Work daily within a five-person team comprising one HR Manager and four HR colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or HR Management
  • Significant experience of at least 4–5 years in a generalist HR role
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and HR administration fundamentals
  • Excellent analytical, adaptability, and communication skills
  • Exceptional confidentiality, attention to detail, and autonomy
  • Comfortable using HRIS platforms (People Sphere, Lucca, Zola) and Excel
  • Knowledge of Silae is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-changing environment
  • Knowledge of the collective bargaining agreements applicable to accounting firms and the Syntec sector is a plus
