About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Primarily lead financial due diligence engagements, on both buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Work on behalf of mid-sized companies, large corporations, and investment funds
- Supervise junior and senior analysts on each engagement
- Ensure the smooth execution of assignments
- Identify and address the most complex issues
- Be responsible for producing the report
- Present key findings to the client
- Monitor the budgets of ongoing engagements
- Identify opportunities for additional assignments
- Support team members in their professional development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of a business school, engineering school, or postgraduate university program
- At least 5 years of experience, including 3 to 4 years in Transaction Services
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Rigorous, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Autonomous and proactive
- Team-oriented, with a strong client-service mindset
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong understanding of transaction environments
- Comfortable working with mid-sized companies and knowledgeable about their specific characteristics
- Experience handling larger, higher-profile engagements
- Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
- Enjoys supporting team members in their professional development
- Professional English required
