About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Primarily lead financial due diligence assignments, on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, for mid-sized companies, large corporations, and investment funds
- Work in an often international environment (50% of assignments)
- Supervise junior and senior analysts on each assignment
- Ensure the smooth execution of the work
- Identify and address the most complex issues
- Be responsible for preparing the report
- Present key findings to the client
- Monitor the budgets of ongoing assignments
- Identify opportunities for additional engagements
- Support team members in their professional development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of a business school, engineering school, or postgraduate university program
- At least 5 years of experience, including 3 to 4 years in Transaction Services
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Meticulous, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Independent and proactive
- Enjoy working as part of a team and have a strong client-service orientation
- Able to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
- Strong understanding of transaction environments
- Strong knowledge of the specific characteristics of mid-sized companies
- Experience handling larger and higher-profile engagements
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Professional proficiency in English required
