About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Primarily lead financial due diligence engagements, on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, for mid-sized companies, large corporations, and investment funds
- Work in an often international environment (50% of engagements)
- Manage a team of junior and senior analysts on each engagement
- Ensure the smooth progress of the work
- Identify and address the most complex issues
- Be responsible for preparing the report and presenting its key findings to the client
- Monitor the budgets of ongoing engagements
- Identify opportunities for additional engagements
- Support team members in their professional development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of a business school, engineering school, or postgraduate university program
- At least 5 years of experience, including 3 to 4 years in Transaction Services
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Rigorous, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Autonomous and proactive
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of client service
- Resilient under pressure and able to manage priorities
- Strong knowledge of transaction environments
- Strong understanding of the specific characteristics of mid-sized companies
- Experience handling larger and higher-profile engagements
- Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
- Professional English proficiency required
