About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise and support elected representatives of Social and Economic Committees (CSEs)
Work with companies of all sizes and across all sectors on issues including economic performance, competitive analysis, employment, compensation, organizational transformations, restructuring, and external growth transactions
Conduct objective and independent expert analyses as part of a team to inform upcoming negotiations
Advise employee representatives on restructuring projects and the right to issue an economic alert
Organize and manage engagements
Coordinate consultants’ work
Ensure the quality of deliverables provided to clients
Present conclusions to elected representatives and in plenary meetings through reports and executive summaries

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Proficiency in Excel
Excellent written communication skills
Critical-thinking skills
Strong analytical abilities
Ability to work independently
Previous experience in financial analysis, consulting, audit, or accounting advisory is required
