About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise executives and companies directly on their projects, in coordination with the partners
  • Handle acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses
  • Advise on restructuring and external growth transactions
  • Conduct legal due diligence audits
  • Draft and negotiate shareholders’ agreements
  • Draft sale and purchase agreements and representations and warranties

  • Assist with the incorporation, conversion and reorganization of companies and groups

  • Provide day-to-day legal advice to executives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Qualified to practice law and admitted to the Bar (CAPA)
  • Master’s degree in Corporate Law or Business Law
  • At least 4 years’ experience in a law firm
