About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the entire recruitment process: defining hiring needs, drafting job postings, sourcing, conducting interviews, and tracking candidates
Develop an appropriate sourcing strategy using job postings, CV databases, direct outreach, and social media
Keep the Teamtailor ATS and recruitment-related KPIs up to date
Monitor and ensure the quality of new-employee onboarding
Promote the employer brand
Help organize and facilitate events, including career fairs and university outreach activities
Work directly with partners at the various offices in the region
Travel occasionally within the region to maintain close relationships with operational teams
Leverage the support of the national team of nine Recruitment Officers and the Head of Recruitment for France
Join the Rhône-Alpes regional HR team as part of a maternity-leave cover assignment lasting approximately nine months

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least five years of successful experience in a recruitment agency or corporate environment with a consistently high volume of recruitment throughout the year
Proficiency in online and social media talent acquisition techniques
Strong command of various recruitment methods and techniques
Knowledge of audit and accounting professions is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills for managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills
