About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Primarily participate in financial due diligence engagements, on both buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Work on behalf of mid-market companies, major corporations, and investment funds, often in an international context
- Supervise a team of junior and/or experienced analysts on each engagement
- Ensure the smooth execution of the work
- Identify and address the most complex issues
- Be responsible for preparing the report
- Present key findings to the Manager, Senior Manager, and/or Director
- Support team members in their professional development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of a business school, engineering school, or postgraduate university program
- At least 2 years of experience, including at least 1 year in Transaction Services
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Rigor and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and a proactive approach
- Enjoyment of teamwork and a strong client-service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
- Strong understanding of transaction environments
- Comfortable working with mid-market companies and knowledgeable about their specific characteristics
- Experience working on larger, higher-profile engagements
- Professional proficiency in English required
