About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in financial due diligence engagements, on both buy-side and sell-side transactions
Work with mid-sized companies, large corporate groups, and investment funds
Operate in an often international environment (50% of engagements)
Supervise a team of junior and/or experienced analysts on each engagement
Ensure the smooth execution of the work
Identify and address the most complex issues
Be responsible for producing the report
Present key findings to the Manager, Senior Manager, and/or Director
Support team members in their professional development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate of a business school, engineering school, or postgraduate university program
At least 2 years of experience, including at least 1 year in Transaction Services
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Rigorous approach and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Team-oriented with a strong customer-service mindset
Able to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
Strong understanding of transaction environments
Comfortable working with mid-sized companies and knowledgeable about their specific characteristics
Experience working on larger and higher-profile engagements
Enjoy supporting team members in their professional development
Professional fluency in English required
