About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Primarily participate in financial due diligence engagements, on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, for mid-sized companies, large corporations, and investment funds
- Work in an often international environment (50% of engagements)
- Supervise a team of junior and/or experienced analysts on each engagement
- Ensure the smooth execution of the work
- Identify and address the most complex issues
- Take responsibility for producing the report
- Present key findings to management (Manager, Senior Manager and/or Director)
- Support team members in their professional development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of a business school, engineering school, or postgraduate university program
- At least 2 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in Transaction Services
- Strong analytical and summarization skills
- Rigorous approach and excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-directed and proactive
- Enjoys teamwork and has a strong client-service mindset
- Able to work well under pressure and manage priorities effectively
- Strong knowledge of transaction environments
- Strong understanding of the specific characteristics of mid-sized companies
- Experience handling larger, higher-profile engagements
- Professional proficiency in English required
