About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Primarily participate in financial due diligence engagements, on both buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Work with mid-sized companies, large corporate groups, and investment funds, often in an international context
- Supervise a team of junior and/or experienced analysts on each engagement
- Ensure the smooth execution of the work
- Identify and address the most complex issues
- Take responsibility for preparing the report
- Present key findings to the Manager, Senior Manager, and/or Director
- Support team members in their professional development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of a business school, engineering school, or postgraduate university program
- At least 2 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in Transaction Services
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Rigorous, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Autonomous and proactive
- Team-oriented, with a strong client-service mindset
- Able to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
- Strong understanding of transaction environments
- Good knowledge of the specific characteristics of mid-sized companies
- Experience handling larger, higher-profile engagements
- Strong interest in supporting team members’ professional development
- Professional proficiency in English required
