About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in financial due diligence assignments, on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, for mid-sized companies, large corporations, and investment funds
- Work in an often international environment (50% of assignments)
- Supervise a team of junior and/or experienced analysts on each assignment
- Ensure the smooth execution of the work
- Identify and address the most complex issues
- Be responsible for preparing the report
- Present key findings to the Manager, Senior Manager, and/or Director
- Support team members in their professional development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of a business school, engineering school, or postgraduate university program
- At least 2 years of experience, including at least 1 year in Transaction Services
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Thorough and detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Independent and proactive
- Team-oriented with a strong client-service mindset
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to manage priorities
- Strong understanding of transaction environments
- Comfortable working with mid-sized companies and familiar with their specific characteristics
- Experience handling larger, higher-profile assignments
- Professional proficiency in English required
