About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Combine data analysis with hands-on operational work for the Duty Drawback program.
  • Use data to support claim preparation, evaluate program performance, identify trends and gaps, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Work with large datasets.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Validate data across different sources.
  • Collaborate with BI and Data teams to improve data accuracy and reporting solutions.
  • Support claim submissions.
  • Investigate discrepancies.
  • Handle merchant inquiries.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners.
  • Contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or similar – Mandatory.
  • Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL - Mandatory.
  • Experience with BI tools and working with large datasets - Mandatory.
  • High level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to investigate data, identify inconsistencies, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Background in customs, international trade, logistics, or Duty Drawback - Advantage
  • Familiarity with VAT, duties, customs processes, or government portals - Advantage
  • Experience with KPI reporting or process automation - Advantage
