Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage a growing Finance Operations team across Israel and Romania
Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members
Own and manage Finance Operations processes and workflows supporting merchants
Oversee merchant invoicing, reconciliation, and merchant payments
Ensure processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines
Identify and implement process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements
Manage the team’s day-to-day activities and priorities
Collaborate with Accounting, Development, Database/DB, Project Management, Account Management, and other stakeholders
Lead complex financial and operational analyses and translate data into actionable insights
Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and drive solutions through resolution
Establish and maintain operational procedures, controls, and best practices
Support the team through a rapidly changing business environment while maintaining accuracy and service quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of management experience, preferably managing international teams
Proven experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, preferably within a technology/high-tech company
Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Additional languages are a significant advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex financial and operational data
Hands-on experience with Excel and SQL is a strong advantage
Strong attention to detail and a high level of ownership
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and operate effectively in a constantly changing environment
