About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain clean, actionable data across diagnostics marketing and sales systems in partnership with RevOps
- Implement tagging structures and workflows
- Manage the marketing attribution model across touchpoints
- Execute CRM activities including email campaigns, workflows, lead tracking, and list management
- Maintain and update Diagnostic-specific website pages using Framer CMS
- Build and manage an editorial calendar and grow LinkedIn presence
- Track awareness days, research milestones, and cultural moments for timely content
- Manage digital campaigns, including copy generation, design, UTM tracking, vendor management, and ROI analysis
- Collaborate with designers on visuals, animations, and data storytelling
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials for sleep physicians, neurologists, and PCPs
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, manage Asana boards, and facilitate internal marketing communications
- Build and manage ideal customer profiles with targeted messaging and value propositions
- Own the conference calendar from opportunity identification through post-event ROI analysis
- Coordinate event logistics, materials, vendors, budgets, outreach, and follow-up campaigns
- Manage scientific content submission deadlines and event-related social amplification
- Identify award opportunities and manage submissions
- Scout podcast and speaking opportunities for subject matter experts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Analytics
- Deep expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience in medical device, diagnostics, marketing
- Familiarity with FDA-regulated promotional content and compliance review processes
- Experience with Framer, Webflow, or similar no-code CMS platforms
- Background supporting a dual or multi-audience brand
- Basic design literacy; experience providing feedback on marketing collateral
