About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead implementation of the People & Culture Strategy covering learning and development, recruitment, people management, team culture and impact
  • Own end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including recruitment campaign management, job postings, interview process management, onboarding and offboarding workflows
  • Own people management processes including pulse checks, 1:1 check-ins, organisational effectiveness surveys and 360-degree feedback; synthesise feedback and report takeaways to leadership
  • Maintain organisational policies, workers’ compensation and insurance to ensure compliance across all regions
  • Drive implementation and maintenance of the Impact strategy and work with Marketing and Communications on the Annual Impact Report
  • Engage with Leadership and People Managers to implement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain operational data collection and the company scorecard
  • Coordinate quarterly State of the Company meetings and manage quarterly and annual offsite meetings
  • Own operational processes, identify gaps and improvements across functions and regions, and drive resolution
  • Make day-to-day operational decisions, escalating matters outside delegated authority to the COO
  • Direct and develop the full-time Operations Support direct report
  • Act as primary contact for technology requirements and monitor software licences
  • Manage external technology partners for security, onboarding, offboarding and troubleshooting
  • Enforce technology structure and guidelines
  • Support and coordinate accounts and financial administration with the company accountant across regions
  • Report to the Chief Operating Officer and own operational outcomes end-to-end

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of experience in operational functions, supporting people and culture functions and organisational management
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, make sound decisions under ambiguity, and take ownership of outcomes rather than tasks
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Proactive problem solver with strong initiative and ownership
  • Adaptable, with the ability to move fluidly across functions and contexts as priorities shift
  • Proven track record delivering in a small team environment, with solid communication skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple functions (People & Culture, Operations, Technology, Accounts) and across different regional and regulatory contexts, including South East Asia and overseas entities
  • Emerging skills in AI, strong curiosity and openness to upskilling in AI
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to work with emerging technology and software
