About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the full project lifecycle for unmanned forklift deployments, from kick-off through completion reporting
  • Analyze customer requirements and translate them into project plans, Work Breakdown Structures, and deployment timelines
  • Own project timelines and milestones to ensure on-time delivery across customer sites
  • Lead robot setup, testing, validation, and integration with PLC, WMS, and MES systems
  • Coordinate with development and sales teams, manufacturers, ODM vendors, customers, SI partners, and on-site operations
  • Provide on-site or remote deployment support, including extended assignments of 2+ months
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor deployment performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and recommend improvements
  • Collect and synthesize field and customer feedback for sales and development teams
  • Prepare completion reports and structured deployment documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in executing projects related to Unmanned forklifts or AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots) or AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles)
  • Experience leading or executing the full project lifecycle: kick-off, implementation, on-site setup, commissioning, final inspection, and completion reporting
  • 2+ years of Project Management (PM) experience in System Integration (SI), solutions, or logistics/manufacturing automation
  • Proven track record of analyzing customer requirements and successfully leading projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability and willingness to travel for long-term assignments (2+ months) to other US states or neighboring North American countries
  • Experience in automation projects, including Robotics, Logistics Automation, and Factory Automation
  • Experience integrating upper-level systems such as PLC, WMS, and MES
  • Basic understanding of SLAM, Navigation, LiDAR, and 2D/3D vision sensors
  • PMP certification or equivalent formal project management experience
  • Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D CAD drawings
  • Proficient English communication skills
  • Korean language proficiency is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to occasionally lift and transport up to 80 lbs of hardware or robot equipment
  • Comfortable working in warehouse or industrial environments
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a computer and participating in virtual calls
