About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute innovative, impactful, and locally relevant event vehicle experiences for a global beverage company
  • Contribute regional sports, music, art, and gaming expertise to strategic vehicle-usage plans
  • Collaborate with client internal teams across multiple departments
  • Administer event vehicle usage and optimize utilization in target markets and audiences
  • Communicate daily with regional and national stakeholders on strategy and best practices
  • Coordinate activation schedules based on regional priorities and consumer focus
  • Manage end-to-end event vehicle logistics, including driving, staging, setup/teardown, product procurement, entertainment, and onboard equipment
  • Serve as a public-facing brand ambassador and respond to consumer inquiries
  • Brief event organizers on vehicle capabilities and event-support ideas
  • Secure required permits
  • Manage vehicle upkeep, regular maintenance, annual servicing, cleanliness, and onboard entertainment system checks
  • Organize and present regional program plans
  • Develop event recaps for regional and national stakeholders
  • Maintain networks of mechanics, equipment specialists, artists, DJs, and others
  • Manage monthly and annual activation budgets and submit timely expense reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in events, hospitality, marketing, advertising, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
  • Focused interest in sports, gaming, and culture marketing
  • Confident, enthusiastic, resourceful, tech-savvy, forward-thinking, self-motivated, and creative problem solver
  • High level of organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt easily to fluid situations
  • Elevated level of integrity and professionalism
  • Ability and interest in building and developing relationships within a marketing organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, and similar business communication platforms
  • Interest in or knowledge of brand heritage sports such as moto, skate, surf, and wake
  • Interest in or knowledge of local music and arts culture, or experience as an emcee or DJ
  • Ability to drive and manage event vehicle operations, including vehicle staging, setup/teardown, product procurement, entertainment, and onboard equipment
