About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist travel agents by providing competitive options through airline portals, GDS platforms, and company tools
- Liaise with airlines and finalize services and sales for international travel agencies
- Negotiate fares to prevent lost sales to websites or direct competitors
- Finalize reservations and service requests, including seat selection, meals, and special services
- Make and monitor air reservations while correctly applying established procedures, guidelines, and practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience providing international support to travel agencies
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre), e-LATAM, e-GOL (DCP), and airline portals
- Knowledge of NDC portals is a plus
- Availability to work on-site, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
