About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide consultative service to VIP clients, executives, and senior leadership
- Plan, book, and manage domestic and international travel
- Handle emergencies and concierge services, ensuring comprehensive support throughout the journey
- Manage complex requests with agility and service excellence
- Build close relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Meet SLAs and quality standards
- Work with ethics, discretion, and confidentiality
- Focus on high-profile corporate clients and critical requests
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Solid experience in corporate travel and VIP customer service
- Advanced knowledge of Sabre and Amadeus
- Experience with the Argo OBT
- Advanced or fluent English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus
- Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
