About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, oversee, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
  • Lead the clinical side of care for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Mentor behavior technicians and case supervisors
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Update client programs and track progress
  • Provide parent coaching and support
  • Maintain quality documentation and reports
  • Partner with the Clinical Director
  • Lead monthly training sessions
  • Stay current with research and share best practices with the team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
  • BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
  • Preferred: 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Preferred: Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
  • Preferred: Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor
  • Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crouch, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to frequently transition between floor and standing positions
  • Ability to actively engage with children and move quickly within home, clinic, school, and community settings
  • Ability to respond appropriately to challenging behaviors and implement behavior intervention strategies
  • Ability to lift, move, or assist children and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to use a computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic devices for documentation, communication, and data collection
  • Ability to travel between client locations and perform essential functions in various environments
