About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the clinical side of care
- Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
- Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
- Conduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progress
- Provide parent coaching and support
- Maintain quality documentation and reports
- Mentor staff and lead monthly training sessions
- Stay current with research and share best practices with the team
- Partner closely with the Clinical Director to shape high-quality, compassionate services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
- BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
- 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred)
- Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans (preferred)
- Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor (preferred)
