About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans
- Mentor behavior technicians and case supervisors
- Guide families through client progress
- Partner with the Clinical Director to shape high-quality services
- Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
- Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
- Conduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progress
- Provide parent coaching and support
- Maintain quality documentation and reports
- Mentor staff and lead monthly training sessions
- Stay current with research and share best practices with the team
- Provide personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
- BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
- Preferred: 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Preferred: Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
- Preferred: Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor
- Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crouch, bend, and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to frequently transition between floor and standing positions throughout the workday
- Ability to actively engage with children and move quickly within home, clinic, school, and community settings
- Ability to respond appropriately to challenging behaviors and implement behavior intervention strategies
- Ability to lift, move, or assist children and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to use a computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic devices for documentation, communication, and data collection
- Ability to travel between client locations and perform essential functions in various environments
