About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and govern global Order-to-Cash processes including order management, pricing, credit management, delivery, billing, and collections
  • Drive global process harmonization across business units and regions
  • Define, validate, and maintain standardized O2C processes aligned with business strategy and SAP best practices
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities within SAP SD and related commercial platforms
  • Review, validate, and prioritize SAP enhancement requests based on business value, complexity, risk, and strategic importance
  • Collaborate with architects, product teams, and implementation partners to ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Support adoption and continuous improvement of SAP-enabled processes
  • Serve as the key liaison between commercial teams, finance, shared services, and IT
  • Influence stakeholders across multiple business units to drive alignment and process adoption
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and decision-making forums
  • Build relationships with global stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of initiatives
  • Lead medium to large-scale global transformation projects from concept through deployment
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, scope changes, and stakeholder expectations
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment readiness, training, and change management activities
  • Drive business adoption and ensure realization of expected benefits
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvement initiatives
  • Analyze business and operational data to enhance customer service, process efficiency, and commercial performance
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the global O2C community

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Commercial Operations, Business Transformation, ERP Programs, or Process Excellence roles
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes, including order management, pricing, billing, delivery, and accounts receivable
  • Solid functional knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD)
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end projects in complex global environments
  • Experience managing business transformation and organizational change initiatives
  • Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
  • Stakeholder influence and leadership
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
  • Experience with CRM platforms, eCommerce solutions, or other digital commercial technologies
  • SAP SD configuration experience
  • Agile, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2, Lean, or similar certifications
  • Experience within Manufacturing, Industrial Goods, Automotive, Chemicals, or related sectors
  • Knowledge of additional languages such as Dutch, Spanish, or Chinese
