About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct safety risk and hazard inspections, report issues, and take immediate emergency measures
Follow safety operating procedures and correctly wear personal protective equipment
Use fire-fighting equipment and follow emergency plans
Execute 5S standards to keep the work area orderly
Report safety incidents immediately and take emergency measures
Execute safety systems including PtW, LSR, and ITS
Verify production processes comply with quality procedures and settings, taking corrective action for nonconformities
Manage on-site material identification and placement according to quality requirements
Check production records, diameter tracking, inspection/tracking sheets, RFA audits, and shift corrective actions
Stop shipment or production to correct quality problems and identify and control potentially nonconforming products
Record production quality issues, assist with root-cause analysis, and support improvements
Operate production equipment and machinery according to SOPs
Monitor equipment status and adjust parameters to maintain product quality and efficiency
Complete daily production tasks and meet output and yield targets
Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues on cross-process and team tasks
Attend performance meetings and report production progress, issues, and suggestions
Participate in skills training and learn new technologies or processes
Execute according to DILO/WILO requirements
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in operating and maintaining production machinery
Familiarity with operating and maintaining production machinery
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and stand for extended periods
High level of accuracy in monitoring and inspecting products
