About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain production plans across three manufacturing locations: Hamme, Antwerp, and Verrebroek
- Balance customer demand, manufacturing efficiency, service levels, and costs
- Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components
- Analyze production capacity, resources, staffing, and manufacturing constraints to optimize plant performance
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
- Partner with Production, Maintenance, and Operations teams to align planning with maintenance schedules, technical constraints, and business priorities
- Ensure production schedules account for applicable safety requirements and operational risks
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain planning, or a similar manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable plans
- Experience working with ERP systems and production planning tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions and locations
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic manufacturing environment
- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
