About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze Ship-to-Home parcel data and trends to identify operational and cost-saving opportunities
  • Monitor and report key parcel KPIs, including volume, carrier performance, service levels, and transportation expense
  • Prepare and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations
  • Support budget development, forecasting, and variance analysis for parcel operations
  • Assist with parcel volume forecasting and carrier capacity planning
  • Partner with Store Operations, carriers, and cross-functional teams to support Ship-to-Home initiatives and peak planning
  • Research shipment exceptions and coordinate resolution of pickup, scanning, and delivery issues
  • Manage parcel claims, recovery reporting, and supporting shipment documentation
  • Maintain parcel accounts, carrier contacts, operational records, and departmental trackers
  • Reconcile parcel data, validate reporting accuracy, and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Provide analytical and administrative support for Ship-to-Home Parcel initiatives, parcel performance reporting, carrier and store operations, forecasting, and peak period preparation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or a related field and/or equivalent work experience
  • 2 to 3 years of work experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Fulfillment Operations, Retail Operations, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience working with data, reporting, or administrative processes preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to organize and analyze data
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate reports and records
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with multiple levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with Store Operations, internal business partners, and external parcel carriers
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience with reporting or visualization tools is a plus but not required
