About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive People analytics end to end by defining metrics, building reporting infrastructure, and delivering headcount, hiring, turnover, and performance reporting
- Supply and pressure-test people data for workforce questions and turn it into actionable recommendations with People Partners
- Own the People Operations side of the HRIS and internal Portal, including configuration, access, integrations, and data hygiene
- Lead compensation market intelligence and benchmarking, test bands and guidelines, model costs, and recommend compensation actions
- Manage the performance review program from design through completion reporting
- Run the promotion and leveling cycle with supporting analysis
- Run offboarding end to end across People, legal, and payroll, and turn exit data into retention insights
- Automate manual work and continuously improve People processes
- Support onboarding, benefits and leave, and day-to-day employee questions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in a Generalist, People Analytics, HR/Compensation, or related analytical role, with ownership of data, metrics, or systems
- Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience considered
- Advanced Excel skills and experience building and auditing complex models
- Ability to assemble datasets from multiple sources; SQL or similar querying experience is a plus
- Experience building reporting in Power BI or a comparable tool
- Hands-on HRIS ownership or administration, including configuration, data integrity, and vendor management
- Paycom, Culture Amp, and HRIS migration experience are a plus
- Experience with compensation and market benchmarking data, or transferable analytical rigor
- Sound judgment handling confidential People data and access permissions
- Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams
- Regular and reliable attendance during standard business hours
- Occasional nights and weekends
- Ability to sit and concentrate for long periods and lift 30 pounds
