About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the operational administration of insured and non-insured benefits
  • Execute and monitor monthly benefits transactions
  • Process billing and review invoices and cost allocations
  • Reconcile employee records and identify inconsistencies in databases
  • Compile and submit deductions for terminated employees to payroll
  • Monitor and submit benefits information for newly hired employees for payroll processing
  • Analyze medium- and high-volume data, identifying discrepancies and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare, analyze, and monitor departmental metrics and reports
  • Provide customer service and support, understanding client needs and ensuring requests are followed through
  • Resolve and manage conflicts
  • Organize and maintain process-related documents and information
  • Liaise with clients, benefits providers, insurers, and other parties involved in benefits administration
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes and routines
  • Support internal needs related to the administration and maintenance of corporate benefits

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Knowledge of corporate benefits administration, procurement, and maintenance processes
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of billing, employee record reconciliation, and benefits processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and workload management skills
  • Availability to work onsite once a week in the South Zone of São Paulo
