About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of dental, radiography, and associated equipment for Benco customers
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and company requirements
- Ensure functions are completed on time and within budget
- Assist, coach, evaluate, and improve regional service/installation technician performance
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve regional labor sales goals
- Ensure Service Technicians follow time and attendance reporting requirements and that technician PTO reflects assigned work
- Hold Service Technicians accountable for their responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct regularly scheduled meetings with regional personnel
- Ensure high customer service satisfaction rates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate Degree in Business or BioMed Technology
- 5 years' experience in a service industry
- Previous management experience
- Computer and networking experience
- Field repair experience in a dental/medical environment
- Exceptional time management
- Professional and positive attitude
- Exceptional customer service, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills while presenting and negotiating
- Ability to perform routine walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, reaching, and twisting
- Ability to frequently lift/lower/carry/push/pull 1 to 55 pounds and occasionally 56 to 100 pounds
- Routine pushing, pulling, grasping, and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in tight spaces
- Frequent daily travel to customer sites
- Occasional use of power tools
