About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the successful implementation and adoption of SuccessFactors across 12 health services through a big bang deployment approach
- Conduct stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption, and business readiness activities
- Proactively reach out to stakeholders and maintain strong communication networks
- Gather feedback and ensure communications are tailored to diverse audiences
- Develop end-user communications, leadership messaging, executive updates, and CEO-led adoption communications
- Support business readiness activities
- Contribute to operational handover materials for transition from project implementation to business-as-usual operations
