About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Report to the Director of Clinical Information Systems
  • Support the ongoing operation, optimisation and enhancement of the electronic Patient Record (ePR) and Patient Administration System (PAS)
  • Lead the ePR & PAS team
  • Oversee planning, prioritisation and delivery of system improvements, service optimisation initiatives, upgrades and enhancement activities
  • Provide leadership, guidance and support to ePR & PAS Team members
  • Foster partnerships with Clinical Informatics Officers
  • Lead engagement with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, system adoption, workflow optimisation and service innovation
  • Govern resources, risks, quality, stakeholder engagement and communications
  • Support the ongoing value and utilisation of ePR and PAS platforms across the organisation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • HS6 or equivalent, based on qualification and experience
  • 2026 Flu Vaccination
  • Full immunisation record required during onboarding
  • Cover letter and up-to-date resume required
  • Ability to lead and support the ePR & PAS Team
  • Ability to provide strategic and operational advice to diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to influence and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
