About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Service existing Lansdown clients in Residential Property
  • Assist in the growth of Lansdown through renewals
  • Develop, negotiate, and profitably retain business within own authority and in line with Lansdown’s strategy
  • Plan, prioritise and manage individual workload to deliver agreed objectives and meet SLAs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service using the appropriate communication methods
  • Maintain successful internal and external relationships
  • Understand and operate within the regulatory framework
  • Identify and escalate risks to the business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Confidence and capability of building rapport over the telephone to provide excellent client experience
  • Ability to develop relationships with clients, agents, insurers etc
  • Organised, disciplined and measured in managing own workload and time
  • Ability to work well within a team, especially under pressure
  • Ability to work in a regulated, compliant and client focused environment
  • Holding a Cert CII qualification (standout qualification)
  • Expert knowledge and experience of managing property portfolios (standout experience)
