About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the relevant Implementation Services function or sub-function through Team Leads
  • Line manage, coach and develop Team Leaders and direct reports
  • Directly manage assigned individual contributors, including performance, development, workload oversight and delivery support
  • Own delivery performance across the function and ensure consistent management of workload, WIP, quality, risks and team health
  • Own functional capacity planning and escalate priority trade-offs when demand exceeds supply
  • Embed implementation methodology, delivery standards, documentation expectations and quality controls
  • Resolve cross-team blockers, systemic issues and escalations beyond Team Lead level
  • Partner with Project Management, Solution Consulting, QA, Solution Architecture and the Head of Operations on handovers, delivery readiness and capacity risks
  • Report delivery performance, utilisation, quality, capacity and improvement metrics to senior stakeholders
  • Use delivery trends, rework, blocker patterns and quality data to drive continuous improvement
  • Establish capability development plans and identify training and coaching priorities
  • Lead functional change initiatives and embed new standards, processes and ways of working

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be based in the UK or Ireland
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
  • Experience delivering SaaS implementations in an Implementation Consultant, Solution Architect, delivery lead, or similar role, with accountability for milestones and quality
  • Strong working knowledge of delivery methodology, including phases, milestones, governance and change control
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach cross-functional delivery teams, including Solution Architects, Implementation Consultants, QA and Data
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve delivery blockers and risks early, escalating with clear options and recommendations
  • Experience partnering closely with Project Managers and Solution Consulting for clean handover, shared scope understanding and effective governance
  • Experience implementing QA practices, documentation standards and continuous improvement to reduce rework
  • Willingness to learn and grow
