About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, implement and manage projects using Benifex’s project methodology
Adhere to internal audit standards and deliver high-quality work
Create and maintain detailed project plans
Manage issues, risks and project change requests
Produce clear project documents using multiple inputs and data sources
Deliver project presentations to senior customer representatives and key stakeholders
Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior-level customers and internal executive teams
Own a portfolio of customer projects across new customer implementations and customer renewals
Plan, implement and track simultaneous customer projects to ensure on-time delivery to agreed standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven project management experience
Knowledge of at least one project management methodology (PME, PMP, Prince 2)
Experience delivering multiple customer projects simultaneously
Experience with system integration projects, ideally HR or Payroll integrations
Evidence of proactively driving improvements
Project ownership and accountability
Ability to challenge the status quo and identify effective solutions
Knowledge of project management reporting tools, such as ProjectManager.com or MS Project
Experience in Employee Benefits, HRIS, Payroll or HR Tech is nice to have
Experience in global projects is nice to have
