About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead collaboration with customers, brokers and benefit providers throughout implementation projects across UK&I and international markets
- Gather, document and analyse customer requirements
- Produce detailed solution designs aligned to Benifex best practices
- Partner with technical colleagues to design feasible, scalable solutions within Benifex technology
- Identify risks, exceptions and edge cases early
- Design robust end-to-end processes and workflows
- Deliver solutions focused on user experience for employees and customer administrators
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Act as a subject matter expert on benefits, Benifex solutions and integrations for internal teams
- Support product development initiatives with customer and market insights
- Represent Benifex as a solution expert in sales meetings when required
- Contribute to and improve best-practice libraries, processes and implementation standards
- Share knowledge and support the development of others
- Research and expand understanding of the global benefits landscape
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a customer-facing, requirements-gathering role within a project delivery environment
- Proven ability to deliver multiple customer projects simultaneously
- Experience working on system integration projects, ideally HR or Payroll integrations
- Strong ownership mindset with a completer-finisher approach and high accountability
- Evidence of proactively driving improvements and constructively challenging the status quo
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex or technical concepts to varied audiences
- Confidence in navigating difficult conversations with empathy and fairness
- Collaborative team player with a solution-oriented, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working with technology and logical process design
- Experience in the benefits/HR/technology/payroll industry in a consulting or implementation role is advantageous
- Must be based in the UK or Ireland
- Benifex is unable to offer visa sponsorship
