About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, prospect, and engage large and enterprise organizations (5,000+ employees) as net-new sales targets
  • Build relationships directly with HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Procurement, and Executive stakeholders without broker or channel intermediation
  • Educate prospects on BenefitHub's employee engagement, perks, voluntary benefits, and purchasing platform capabilities
  • Represent BenefitHub at industry events, conferences, and executive-level client presentations
  • Own targets for pipeline creation, new client wins, new eligible employees, and direct-sales revenue
  • Lead enterprise opportunities from prospecting, discovery, demo and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and contract execution
  • Coordinate demos, pricing discussions, and RFI/RFP responses with internal subject-matter experts and leadership
  • Keep pipeline, forecasts, and close plans current and accurate in the CRM
  • Deliver at least 15% year-over-year revenue growth across the assigned book of existing enterprise clients
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account Management to identify cross-sell, upsell, and platform-expansion opportunities
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders across accounts and lead Executive Business Reviews when growth opportunities arise
  • Exceed quota with new client wins and eligible-employee growth
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting
  • Execute enterprise prospecting activity and new opportunity generation
  • Manage success through disciplined CRM hygiene and sales-process follow-through

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in enterprise sales, business development, direct/complex B2B sales and strategic account growth
  • Track record of generating new business directly with large and enterprise organizations, without reliance on channel or broker partners
  • Experience managing a full sales pipeline and consistently hitting new business and account growth targets
  • Background selling employee benefits, HR technology, SaaS, employee engagement, voluntary benefits, or related B2B solutions
  • Strong relationship-building, executive presentation, negotiation, and consultative-selling skills
  • Comfort navigating complex buying committees across HR, Benefits, Procurement, Finance, and Executive stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to travel as required for the role
  • Existing relationships with HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, or Procurement leaders at large and enterprise organizations (nice to have)
  • Experience selling into large, multi-location, or highly complex organizations (nice to have)
  • History of driving both new logo acquisition and expansion growth in the same book of business (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with employee perks, voluntary benefits, loyalty, or workplace engagement platforms (nice to have)
