About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and maintain Benevity’s visual identity system across all platforms
  • Maintain and strengthen brand design systems and guidelines
  • Design and produce creative assets involving typography, color, composition, and motion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8 or more years of experience in brand design
  • At least 3 years of creative leadership experience for B2B brands
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design execution across digital, print, and campaign work
  • Strong knowledge of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Exceptional visual storytelling skills
  • Ability to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders
  • Expert-level proficiency in modern and evolving digital design tools
  • Versatility between high-impact hero assets and quick-turn creative work
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort giving and receiving direct, constructive creative feedback
  • Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, track deliverables, and balance capacity in project management tools such as Asana
